Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Overview
New Ranganas Jewellery is committed to ensuring your purchase arrives safely. Because we deal in high-value designer jewelry, we use specialized, secure courier services designed for gold and precious stones. All shipments include tracking and are insured for their full purchase value to provide you with total peace of mind.
2. Shipping Destinations
Domestic (Canada): We ship to all provinces and territories.
International (United States): We currently ship to the United States and U.S. territories only.
Other Destinations: At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada and the U.S.
3. Address Verification & Security
To protect our customers from fraud:
Matching Addresses: For all credit card transactions, the billing and shipping addresses must match. Orders with mismatched addresses will be flagged for review and may be cancelled.
Signature Required: For your protection, all high-value shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. We cannot waive this requirement or allow packages to be “left at the door.”
4. Processing and Delivery Timeframes
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Custom orders or resizing may require additional time, which will be communicated to you directly.
Domestic Delivery (Canada): Estimated 10 to 15 business days. (Note: Specialized high-security shipping may arrive faster or slower depending on your proximity to Toronto).
International Delivery (USA): Estimated 15 to 22 business days.
Delays: While we strive for speed, New Ranganas Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier strikes, or customs clearance.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (USA Customers)
For orders shipped to the United States, the customer is the “importer of record.” You are responsible for all customs duties, local taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in our shipping prices.
6. Insurance, Loss, and Damage
We take full responsibility for your item until it is delivered to you.
Full Insurance: Unlike standard shipping, our specialized jewelry packages are insured for the full purchase price of the item.
Lost Shipments: If a carrier confirms a package is lost in transit, we will handle the insurance claim and provide you with a full refund or a replacement (subject to availability).
Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, do not sign for it. Contact us at +1 (647) 702-2159 within 24 hours of the delivery attempt.
Risk of Loss: Once the package is signed for at the delivery address, the “risk of loss” transfers to the customer.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for high-value items. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because no one was available to sign for it, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
