1. Return Eligibility and Timeframe

We offer a thirty (30) day return window, starting from the date your item is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it.

• Unworn, unused, and free from any signs of wear or scratches.

• Equipped with all original tags and security seals intact.

• In the original packaging (box, pouch, and certificates).

• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

For health, safety, and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Earrings: Due to hygiene standards, all earrings are Final Sale.

• Custom/Personalized Orders: Any jewelry made-to-order, engraved, or resized specifically for you.

• Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance or “Final Sale” event.

3. Return Process

To start a return, you must contact us at info@newranganasjewellery.ca.

• Authorization: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• Shipping: If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We inspect every piece of jewelry before it leaves our showroom.

• Reporting: If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, you must notify us within two (2) business days of delivery.

• Evidence: Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging.

• Insurance: Because we use specialized, insured couriers, we will handle the insurance claim on your behalf and provide a replacement or credit once the carrier confirms the issue.

5. Refunds and Restocking Fees

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

• Store Credit: Approved returns are refunded via Store Credit only.

• Restocking Fee: A mandatory restocking fee of 35% to 50% will be deducted from the store credit amount. This fee covers the cost of inspection, insurance, re-processing, and potential market fluctuations in precious metals.

• Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

• Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds to the original payment method are granted strictly at our sole discretion in exceptional cases.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and store credit is issued, make a separate purchase for the new item.
